Equipment used to measure ingredients for recipes is very important. However, not all equipment is created equal. For instance, a tablespoon measure made in the United States may vary from one made in Australia.
This blog uses Australian measurements. I have included the link below in case anyone wants to check the measuring spoons and cups they own.
